Join Fran Siebrits, yoga teacher and fascia release practitioner and educator, for this educational and practical weekend designed for deep relaxation and pause… the exhale you have been waiting for.

Along with her wellness expertise in movement, breathwork, personal development, and natural medicine, Fran will facilitate you to better understand and utilise a home-practice for regular stress reduction through the techniques of fascia release and yoga.

No prior experience is needed – this retreat is suitable for beginners but will also provide insight and depth for those who already have an established practice.

Fascia Release, or more technically Myofascia Release, is a safe & effective technique to eliminate pain & restore motion in the body.

Fascia’s role is so significant that it cannot be removed from any human condition.  It is a head to toe, inside to out, all-encompassing and interwoven system of fibrous connective tissue found throughout the body.

It can assist your system back to homeostasis, leaving you feeling better for longer.

This is a form of physical self-therapy for stress management, injury prevention and relaxation, accessible to anyone.

Fascia provides a framework which helps support & protect individual muscle groups, organs, & the entire body as a unit.

The aim of Fascia Release Therapy is to stretch & loosen the fascia to move more freely.

By applying the correct amount of pressure, soft-tissue adhesions & scar-tissue are eliminated, freeing up the connective tissue & releasing areas of tension. In short, myofascial release through the use of rolling & trigger point release helps to free tension, strengthen the body from the feet up, reduce the risk of injury & assist in generally feeling better.

During this retreat we will be combining Ball Therapy and Yoga Techniques.

Bodhi Khaya is a spiritual eco-sanctuary… a peaceful haven nestled at the foot of the Witkransberg, in the beautiful Overberg region of the Western Cape of South Africa.

This is the perfect safe space to connect with nature, find deep rest and renewal, experience inner transformation and awaken to the wisdom of your heart.

All surplus funds are directed into land rehabilitation, water conservation and sustainable systems. They partner with key environmental experts to reforest and rehabilitate the original indigenous forest that once existed on the land.

Fran Siebrits, founder of Fran’s Shala and Cape Cacao, is a wellness expert, personal development educator, breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, fascia release practitioner, meditation practitioner & medicine woman. She offers a wealth of knowledge for how we can use different modalities for the body, mind and spirit to live in harmony with our true nature.

Bringing her life work into these retreats and offerings, Fran provides a unique opportunity to immerse in the fields of not only the physical, but also in the healing arts, shamanism, mysticism, herbalism, feminine ritual, breathwork, naturalism, yoga, spiritual philosophy, energy work & space holding for healing.
