Alongside international retreats and pilgrimages, Fran has a boutique-studio at her home in De Kelders, South Africa, offering retreats, massages, fascia release, workshops, rituals, and specialised movement classes including yoga, pilates and strength fitness.

With a focus on private clients and small groups, she tailors sessions at her studio from selective modalities, offering support for physical and mental health and fitness, as well as injury-assist and prevention, pregnancy (pre- + post-natal), and perimenopause and menopause.

Beyond the physical, Fran guides her clients and students through numerous self-development practices, inspiring growth, change and well-being through a variety of grounded techniques for heart-centred, embodied connection.

By integrating body, breath, mind and spirit, Fran supports a holistic approach to being a fully-awake and kind human being.
