YOUR FACILITATORS
Fran, founder of Tuning In Wellness and Cape Cacao, has been facilitating retreats and holding space for healing transformation for many years.
She has found much healing and holding through working with the Divine Feminine Archetype that resides in us all, as well as the balance of the masculine fire.
Over the retreat she will be holding space for you to relax, to breathe, to process, to laugh, to cry, and to be acknowledged for the unique and wonderful being that you are!
Sam, founder of Yogi Soul, is an experienced yogi and space holder and has a great Nude Yoga following.
He has lived many lives (at least this time round) and worn many hats which is why he’s so passionate about unveiling the authentic person underneath the masks and labels.
On this retreat he’ll help create a safe environment for you to connect inward and from that inner-connectedness harness the power of inter-connectedness.
